Nan Du
Nan Du, MD, MPH, is a pediatric gastroenterologist and physician-scientist at Boston Children’s Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School. Her clinical and research interests focus on pediatric nutrition and celiac disease, with particular emphasis on the nutritional quality and safety of the gluten-free diet, including heavy metal exposures, and the impact of dietary and environmental exposures on child health. Her research also examines the natural history of celiac disease, including potential celiac disease, with the goal of improving diagnosis, risk stratification, and long-term care for children with celiac disease.
