Hosted by the ISSCD Young Investigator (YI) Committee, this session is open to all ICDS attendees, with a particular focus on younger and early-career researchers. Co-chairs Olivia Moscatelli and Joram Mooiweer will open with a brief introduction to the YI Committee, followed by short introductions from six career panellists spanning a range of career paths and experiences. The remainder of the session will be devoted to open Q&A, giving attendees the chance to ask panellists directly about career trajectories, decision points, and lessons learned.
