Carina Beel
I am currently a student in the Masters of Nutrition Science and Dietetics program at UC Berkeley in California. This summer I had the opportunity to work with the UCSF Pediatric Celiac Clinic to assess the association between bone density and body composition in children with Celiac Disease. At the end of my program, I aim to become a Registered Dietitian focusing on improving health outcomes through food.
