Julie Elisabeth Heggelund
I'm a postdoctoral researcher working on transglutaminase 2 and 3 in celiac disease and dermatitis herpetiformis, I'm interested in the molecular details of the diseases, in particular how antibodies modulate the activities of TG2 and TG3. My main method is X-ray crystallography, which I use to enlighten atomic details of the proteins involved.
