Vanessa Weisbrod
Vanessa Weisbrod is the Chief Programs Officer at the Celiac Disease Foundation, where she leads national initiatives that advance education, research, and advocacy for people living with celiac disease. Diagnosed in 2004, she has dedicated more than two decades to improving care through interdisciplinary collaboration, national school management recommendations, research on gluten cross-contact, and programs that equip both families and healthcare providers with evidence-based resources. A former leader at Boston Children’s Hospital and Children’s National Hospital, she also serves in national advisory roles, hosts the Raising Celiac podcast, and is the author of four gluten-free cookbooks.
